kilofindu sells natural, untreated loose gemstones — one stone at a time, measured to the carat.

Every listing on this site is a single gemstone. Not a size, not a style, not a restock waiting to happen — one stone, photographed and measured, gone the moment someone buys it. When you order from us, you’re buying the exact gem you see, and no one else will ever own it.

What we sell

We deal in loose stones only. Spinel, garnet, moonstone, tourmaline, chrysoberyl, peridot, zircon, citrine, amethyst, opal, turquoise, jade, tanzanite, kunzite and more — a couple of hundred stones at any given time, from just over half a carat to nearly thirteen.

Each one is described the way a gem should be: carat weight, millimetre dimensions, cut, colour and treatment. If a stone is unheated and untreated, we say so. If it’s natural material with nothing added, we say that too. What we won’t do is dress a stone up in adjectives and leave you to guess.

Why loose

A loose stone gives you the choice. Set it into a ring, a pendant or a pair of earrings — or keep it exactly as it is, for the day you decide. Buying the stone first means you’re not paying for a setting you didn’t want, and you’re not choosing a gem from whatever a jeweller happened to have on hand.

Natural, and nothing else

We don’t sell treated, filled or synthetic material. Every stone here is natural, and where the market would normally enhance a gem to improve its colour or clarity, ours are left alone. That’s why some of them look the way they do — and why no two are quite the same.

One of one

There are no duplicates at kilofindu. There’s no “back in stock” email, because there is no second stone. Two moonstones from the same parcel will still differ in colour, size and character, so we list them separately and let you choose the one you actually want.
