1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kilofindu.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About us
The Site is operated by kilofindu, an online retailer of natural loose gemstones.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products
Loose gemstones. Every item we sell is a single, natural gemstone. Each is one of one — once sold, it will not be restocked.
Natural variation. Gemstones are natural materials. Colour, tone, inclusions, and character vary from stone to stone, and may differ slightly from the images shown. Photographs are taken in controlled lighting, and screens display colour differently. Minor differences are not defects.
Measurements and descriptions. Carat weights, millimetre dimensions, cuts, and colours are given in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Measurements are approximate. Where a stone is described as untreated or unenhanced, that reflects the information available to us.
Availability. All listings are subject to availability. Because every stone is unique, a listing may sell at any time.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched. We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details.
6. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where a stone is no longer available, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any amount already paid.
7. Shipping and delivery

9. Intellectual property
